ecentic is an AI shopping optimization app for Shopify and WooCommerce stores. It shows merchants how ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity choose between products, and fixes the listings those assistants skip.
Shoppers increasingly ask AI assistants what to buy, and the assistant decides which products make the answer. Most stores cannot see how that decision is made or why they lose it.
ecentic runs a store's products through simulated shopping prompts in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity, compares them with named competitors, and explains why a product is skipped. It then rewrites the listing, publishes the change the merchant approves, and tracks the AI-referred visits and sales that follow.
ecentic works with Shopify and WooCommerce. Any other store can start with a free scan from its address.
The three founders have built products together since high school, including LookUp, a parking startup that raised a $125K pre-seed.

Xhurian Shaba is the co-founder and CEO of ecentic. Before ecentic, Xhurian co-founded zennit, a software and design studio in Tirana, and spent more than five years building web products in Next.js and TypeScript for startups in the US, Canada and Europe. Xhurian studied at the Université de Technologie de Compiègne.
